Dual Pulse Industrial Spot Welders
|
Our Dual Pulse Industrial Capacitive Discharge (CD) Resistance Welders combine affordability and power in an attractive, desktop-sized package. These spot welders can be used for anything from prototyping to production and are suitable for a wide range of fine spot welding applications. Typical uses include battery pack manufacturing, general fine spot production runs, research, welding small copper parts, etc. Weld repetition rates of up to 166 welds per minute are possible. Sunstone industrial spot welders have Dual Pulse capabilities to aid in the welding process. The Dual Pulse feature decreases weld defects and increases overall productivity by producing clean and repeatable welds. The first pulse heats the weld area to eliminate contaminants and seat weld electrodes. A higher energy second pulse then performs the weld. Both pulses occur within a tenth of a second. |
